Texas State Departments & Organizations Reservation

Priority for reserving the Spring Lake Hall Conference Room will be on a first-come, first-serve basis as follows: (click on priority that applies to you):

  • Priority I: Official Presidential and Regental functions.
  • Priority II: Requests from official University departments (non-club, non-organization) to host academic conferences and seminars, departmental meetings, faculty group meetings, and other official University activities.
  • Priority III: Official University clubs and organizations, including the Alumni Association, Bobcat Athletic Foundation, etc.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the event to receive a full refund excluding a $50 administrative fee. If cancellation is not made within 48 hours of the event, no refund will be issued.
