Parking Information
Daily parking permits are required for visitors parking at the Meadows Center, including on weekends. The Meadows Center has a large on-site parking lot for your convenience; however, parking spaces may be limited due to school field trips, programs, and other visitors. Please plan to arrive early and purchase your parking permit before leaving your vehicle.
Visitor parking permits are available for $3 per day through Texas State University’s Pay-by-App system.
To purchase a permit:
- Download the AMP Park app from the App Store or Google Play, or visit aimsmobilepay.com.
- Select R30 – Meadows Center as your parking location.
- Enter your license plate and vehicle information.
- Add your payment information.
- Press Purchase to activate your permit.
Your permit is virtual and tied to your license plate. No paper permit is required.
Those with a valid Texas State University parking permit may park here without a visitor permit. The back parking lot (bus loop) is open to all Texas State University parking permit holders.
Disabled Veterans are exempt from parking permit fees but must always register their vehicle with Texas State Parking Services by bringing a copy of their VA “Service Connected Disability” letter to the parking services office to obtain a free annual parking pass. You do not have to be associated with the University to obtain this parking pass.
Parking regulations are enforced by Texas State University Parking Services.
Events are conducted on these premises that involve minor children and Pre-K through 12 public and private school events. As a result, under Texas law, the concealed carrying of a handgun is prohibited at Spring Lake.
