Private Boat Tour Reservation Request

Please Note:

Reservations are now only accepted for Private Boat Tours, which are good for up to 20 passengers and cost $150. In order to ensure the availability of your selected time, reservations must be made at least 72 hours in advance. 

Public boat tour tickets are available day-of and are purchased at our Ticket Kiosk. 

The Tour Booking Office closes at 4:00 p.m. each day.

Requests submitted after 4:00 p.m. will be processed the next day in the order received.

To ensure the safety of visitors, staff and students, the Meadows Center strongly encourages the use of masks and appropriate distancing. The Meadows Center will continue to follow Texas State University guidelines and keep the COVID-19 safety protocols (listed here). 

In order to ensure the availability of your selected time, we strongly encourage making your reservation at least 72 hours in advance. 

How to book your tour: 

Use the form below to submit a request. When your information has been processed, we will email your invoice and a payment link. Please double-check the contact email you provide in the form below. Invoices must be paid prior to arrival. Please note that your private boat is fully reserved when you receive your confirmation email. 

Tours are 30-minutes long and will begin at the start of each hour.

TERMS OF ACCEPTANCE AND SIGNATURE:

  • All guests are encouraged to wear a protective face mask and practice appropriate social distance from individuals not in their party.
  • All guests will perform self-assessment checks before arriving on site.
  • Guests will not attend tour if any member of their group is showing signs and symptoms of illness.
  • All guests have thoroughly reviewed the new safety procedures at Spring Lake and the Bobcat Pledge. We agree to follow all Texas State University Policies.
