Due to increased reservation request volume, we are unable to respond to submissions made for tour times less than 24 hours in advance. Please come to the Ticket Kiosk for same-day ticket purchases.

Call (512) 245-7590 during regular business hours if you would like to enquire about same-day or early next-day boat availability. You will be able to buy tickets for the next available boat each day at our walk-up window. 

The tour confirmation system is not automated. The Glass-bottom Boat Tour Booking Office closes at 5PM each day. Requests submitted after 5PM will be processed in order received on the following morning. Submissions are responded to in the order received. 

Thank you for submitting your glass-bottom boat tour reservation request. If you do not hear a response back from our office within 3 business days, please check your spam folder for your confirmation. Your reservation is not confirmed until you have paid for your tour and you have received your digital glass-bottom boat tickets. Payments will not be accepted on site due to our COVID restrictions.
