CONFIRMATION: Acceptance of this form does not constitute a confirmation of your request. A confirmation will be sent to the contact person via email. It is the contact person’s responsibility to notify the Deputy Director of Spring Lake Operations at 512.245.7557 of any corrections or additions to the confirmation, or to cancel the reservation.

RESPONSIBILITY OF DEPARTMENT/ORGANIZATION: Failure of a group to exercise proper care of facilities will result in cancellation of future and remaining reservations. Costs of repairs to replace damaged facilities, equipment, or furniture, or for excessive housekeeping, will be charged to the department or individual/group who made the reservation. Make sure all trash is properly disposed of and not left on tables and chairs. There is a large trash dumpster at the end of the parking lot, where all trash should be taken, not in the park's trash receptacles. Ask in the Gift Shop or other staff for directions if needed.

FOOD/BEVERAGES: Must comply with UPPS No. 05.03.02 Catered Events and UPPS No. 05.03.03 Alcoholic Beverage Policy. Failure to do so may result in the loss of future room reservations. When the reserving party provides food or beverages, the reserving party assumes liability. All food items must be pre-cooked, and all trash must be properly disposed of and not left on tables or picnic areas.

PARKING: Daily parking permits are required for visitors parking at the Meadows Center, including on weekends. Visitor parking permits are available for $3 per day through Texas State University’s Pay-by-App system. To purchase a permit:

  1. Download the AMP Park app from the App Store or Google Play, or visit aimsmobilepay.com.
  2. Select R30 – Meadows Center as your parking location.
  3. Enter your license plate and vehicle information.
  4. Add your payment information.
  5. Press Purchase to activate your permit.

Your permit is virtual and tied to your license plate. No paper permit is required. Those with a valid Texas State University parking permit may park here without a visitor permit. Parking regulations are enforced by Texas State University Parking Services.

TABLES & CHAIRS: The Meadows Center does not supply tables and chairs. Users requiring extra tables or chairs must arrange with Materials Management and coordinate with Meadows Center staff for delivery and pickup.

*Events are conducted on these premises, including events involving minor children and Pre-K through 12 public and private school events. As a result, under Texas law, the concealed carrying of a handgun is prohibited at Spring Lake.*

I agree to the above guidelines and to notify the Meadows Center at 512.245.7570 as soon as possible of any changes to the reservations, as requested.

By checking this box, you acknowledge that you understand the rules of reservation detailed above. *
