Dataviewer Account Request Form

The following information is needed to set up a Waterways Dataviewer account to enter your groups monitoring data manually into the Texas Stream Team database. If you do not wish to enter your monitoring data directly for your group please refrain from filling out this form.

Individuals can scan or send a photo of their completed Environmental Monitoring Forms to TxStreamTeam@txstate.edu and our team can enter your data into the database for you.
